Senior UI Designer
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior UI Designer to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UI design, with a proven ability to create compelling and user-friendly interfaces.
What you will do
- Develop design strategies and concepts that align with business goals and user needs.
- Create detailed wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
- Demonstrated understanding of how people interact with products or concepts and the ability to develop solutions related to those interactions.
- Design visually appealing and consistent user interfaces, adhering to brand guidelines and design systems.
- Document design processes, guidelines, and standards to maintain consistency and facilitate collaboration.
- Understanding and knowing the specifics and limitations of technology and the business model, and providing advice and/or explanations when needed.
- Creating designs that are compatible with different devices and screen sizes.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
- Provide reports and updates at the request of the client, ensuring clear communication and transparency.
- Monitor design goals and ensure successful integration into the final product.
- Participating in team activities, sharing knowledge and skills with other designers to improve teamwork.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our products remain innovative and user-centric
Skills And Qualifications
- Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Hands-on experience creating design systems.
- Strong skills in creating interactive prototypes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing regardless of audience – creatives, business stakeholders, technologists, users, executives, etc.
- Passionate about UI. You’re excited about using fonts, color, animation, illustration, iconography, and design systems to inspire, engage, and empower users
- Thirst for learning about modern, emerging web UI patterns and implementation technologies. No coding is required, but the ability to converse with developers about implementation details is crucial.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive and self-driven.
- Ability to manage time well across multiple projects, in an agile environment.
- Open to receiving objective feedback and improving upon it.
- Ability to embrace an agile environment and sustain a flexible mindset to evolve with the business.
- Ability to create a positive and creative work environment
- 4 or more years of experience and proven track record
- Strong portfolio to be presented and defended during the interview

Junior Community & Digital Channels Coordinator
We build brands and run marketing for a roster of clients — and that means owning the channels where their audiences actually live. Listing sites, review platforms, social accounts: someone has to set them up, keep them active, and answer when people show up.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating clients’ digital channels, including social media platforms, review sites, email communications, and business listings. You will help ensure that all channels remain active, accurate, and aligned with each client’s brand voice while engaging with their online communities.
What You’ll Do
Channel Management
- Set up and maintain client accounts across social media platforms, review sites, business listings, and other digital channels
- Schedule, publish, and update content across multiple client accounts
- Monitor every channel and engage audiences at the right level for each platform
Community & Reputation Management
- Monitor client channels and engage with audiences when appropriate
- Respond to reviews, comments, messages, and inquiries in each client’s brand voice
- Track online activity and flag issues, opportunities, or items requiring attention
- Help maintain a positive and consistent online presence for clients
Marketing Operations
- Support outreach initiatives with influencers, partners, and publications when needed
- Coordinate communication across various digital platforms and stakeholders
- Assist with day-to-day client account management and administrative tasks
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of ongoing activities
